adequate stay with some drawbacks
spotty wifi unapoligetic staff
the hotel location is fairly central. it is easy to get to the duomo.
the hotel internet was completely out. they had a pocket wifi only accessible from the lobby. it was spotty and borderline unusable. they were not apologetic about it either.

train station helpful staff gluten-free requirements
the hotel is near the train station and the shopping area. reception staff helped to find a great restaurant for dinner. i easily got a pillow when i requested it. the breakfast included many options and accommodated my dietary needs.
internet access had a very slow speed. it was the slowest connection i had in three cities. hot water in the shower had low water pressure sometimes, made bathing hard.
